I filed a claim with my cc company and I filed a report with the FTC. To be fair they've offered refunds (when they were still responding to my messages) but they kept saying, 'oh it'll only be 3 more days, So sorry for the inconvenience.' And that was the excuse every time I checked. I think this is a case of 'you get what you pay for'. Honestly after waiting a month and a half, and all the energy I've spent trying to get answers, I could have worked and billed some extra hours and purchased the real thing. They claim that my order was backordered when I placed it, but I know it wasn't. I finally took to messaging them on social media and they've stopped responding. This is a terribly run business with terribly customer service. I ordered on the 13th of June and I have not so much as an email explaining why I have nothing or a tracking number.
